By using Look Look Loop, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our second-hand marketplace platform.
Marketplace Role
Look Look Loop provides a platform for users to list, discover, sell, swap, give away and communicate about second-hand or pre-loved items. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not a party to transactions between users, and we do not guarantee item quality, availability, delivery, payment between users or transaction completion.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, descriptions, images, pricing, item condition, communication, pickup or delivery arrangements, and any offline meetings or transactions. Users should assess risks carefully and make their own decisions before proceeding with any transaction.
Listings and User Content
You are responsible for any listings, images, messages, profile information and other content you upload or submit. You must have the right to post such content and must not upload content that infringes third-party rights, misleads other users, or violates any applicable laws or platform rules.
Prohibited Content and Items
Users must not post illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, restricted, misleading, offensive, harmful or prohibited items. We reserve the right to remove listings, hide content, restrict features, suspend accounts or take other appropriate action if we believe a user has violated these terms or created risk for the platform or other users.
Payments and Membership
Look Look Loop may offer paid membership plans or platform features. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers such as Stripe. Membership fees, billing cycles, cancellation terms and feature limits will be shown on the membership page or checkout page. Users are responsible for reviewing the details before subscribing.
Communication and Safety
Users should communicate respectfully and honestly. Do not harass, threaten, spam, scam or mislead other users. For in-person meetings, users should choose safe public locations and take reasonable precautions.
Platform Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available. We may update, suspend, modify or discontinue parts of the platform when necessary.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Look Look Loop is not liable for losses, disputes, damages, failed transactions, item defects, user conduct, offline meetings or third-party services arising from or related to your use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
